Information on the protection and processing of personal data

A contact point has been designated for matters related to the processing and protection of personal data in the form of an email address: info@eko-pak.net. Contact in the specified matters is also possible via traditional correspondence to the Administrator's address with the annotation: "Personal Data Protection," or in person at the administrator's headquarters.
The personal data provided by you will be processed for the following purposes:
- to perform the contract concluded with the Administrator, as well as to take actions at your request prior to its conclusion, in particular, responding to inquiries regarding the provided services and goods, until the termination of the contract,
- for direct marketing - until the termination of the contract or the objection is raised,
- for financial and accounting purposes - processing is necessary to fulfill the tax law requirements,
- for defense against claims and pursuing claims - until the expiration of the claim period according to the provisions of the Civil Code,
- for handling complaint processes.
You have the right to access the content of your data, as well as the right to rectify, erase, restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object (e.g., if data is processed based on your consent or for marketing purposes or sharing your data); you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To withdraw your consent, you can contact the customer service point at our headquarters or send an email to: info@eko-pak.net. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling.
Providing your personal data is entirely voluntary; however, failure to provide data will hinder the conclusion of the contract and the provision of services by us.
